So far all I can say is our experience with Falcone has been the best. We got what we felt was a fair price, our sales made it easy for us to find ways to save. Thank you John Fitzgerald, the finance team was Jon Wilson was easy and quick to work with. Since we were paying cash, they held our check for the balance until we had funds transferred into our checking account. I have purchased and serviced Subarus at Falcone for many years. Salesman Bert Nicklesberg has been at the dealership for many years and has always been a great help in securing new vehicles. The service department appears to be well organized and helpful ... I use them to maintain my cars because I cannot remember a time when I have had a problem with a Subaru. Great dealership, great service.

We had an excellent experience at Falcone from start to finish. Alex was great to work with and super knowledgeable & helpful. This dealer was a bit further than another VW dealer, but very happy that we made the drive as the service from all involved was wonderful. We will certainly refer others and use Falcone again in the future.

Eric was great to work with. He helped me select a VW Atlas and I couldn’t be happier. It’s perfect for my family. Eric walked me through every step and made me feel comfortable about each and every decision. When it came to the financial piece there was no odd back and forth - very transparent.
