I am so impressed with Falcone Subaru and getting me comfortable with all the new buttons and options in my Subaru Forester. I have never owned a Subaru before, so didn't know what to expect. Nice transaction, nice people, great car. Would buy again from them. Wearing masks was not a priority in the showroom. Overall very nice, now we'll see how the car runs

Everyone at Falcone was great and made the leasing experience as easy as it could be. They were great about telling me all of the features on my new Subaru and making sure I understood everything.

Betsy was very knowledgeable and helpful in describing all the great features of our newly purchased Subaru. She was very flexible and offered a virtual appointment rather than in person to accommodate my availability, which I greatly appreciated. Betsy was very thorough and described every feature in detail, providing hands-on experience to update settings to my preferences and was very patient. I love my new car even more!

So glad I decided to do the follow-up otherwise there may have been options that I never knew I had. I was also glad that it was offered through Zoom. Betsy was very knowledgeable about the Outback and it's many features and as expected I learned of several options and features that I would have never figured out on my own.
