The wonderful information located on our steering wheel, told us there was a problem with one of our tires. It was losing air. Falcone said to bring it right in, they would make it a priority. We were given a less busy time suggestion. We ended up waiting less than 20 minutes. They patched the tire after pulling out a nail. It was fast, cheap and a great experience, as usual.

I really enjoyed my experience at Falcone VW. Jenni Berry was so helpful and kind. I have not received such great customer service in a long time! We purchased a new Outback and couldn't be more grateful to have the help of Falcone during the processes. Every other dealer we ever worked with, bombarded us with emails, texts, calls, and hounded us the second we pulled into the lot. It got to the point we didn't even want to visit dealers anymore. I have now purchased two vehicles at Falcone using Nick Kitner as my Sales Representative. I cannot say enough great things about Falcone or Nick. Every person at Falcone is great, from the receptionist to the service team. I never feel pressured when I’m purchasing or having service done on my vehicle.
