The best experience we"ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. They had exactly what we were looking for in their inventory. They gave us a very good price, no back and forth like at other dealerships where someone had to give an ok from a manager. The whole process of financing and purchasing without any hidden cost was fantastic. Everyone we met at this dealership should get 5 stars. Never thought it could be so easy, would highly recomend this dealership!

Both our salesman Bert and Betsy were wonderful! Both very friendly and knowledgeable! Both were very accommodating and helpful, made us feel like we were their only customer!

I learn so much about my Forester when I met with Betsy. It is a great idea to bring the customer back after they have had awhile to get used to the car. Great service all the way around

We love our new Outback! The buying process was easy and we felt our trade in was a little better than fair. I did not think an ethical dealership existed anymore, but I have to say Falcone is ethical and fair. Yes, I am talking about a new car dealership! There is certainly more evidence out there showing how dealerships like to hit people with unfair practices. Falcone is certainly not one of them. They are top notch! I will not hesitate to refer anyone to Falcone.

We would highly recommend Falcone Automotive. We were helped with our new car purchase by a knowledgeable and friendly sales and finance team. A great service that Falcone offer after your purchase is a return visit to the dealership to address any questions you may have about your new vehicle and they also give an overview of its features.

So far all I can say is our experience with Falcone has been the best. We got what we felt was a fair price, our sales made it easy for us to find ways to save. Thank you John Fitzgerald, the finance team was Jon Wilson was easy and quick to work with. Since we were paying cash, they held our check for the balance until we had funds transferred into our checking account.
