Everyone at this dealership that I have had any contact with are very polite, personable and professional. I just purchased my second new car within the last three years. I was so impressed with Bert Nickelsberg in 2017 that I asked for him again for my new purchase. He was very professionable both times. My overall experience was very easy and relaxing. Justin was very attentive and explained the whole buying/financing process extremely well. Financing was easy to get through and loved the e-document system. Betsy was especially helpful in going over all of the new systems and electronics. Great dealership!

Betsy was wonderful teaching me about all of the features on my Crosstrek. She kept it interesting, and didn't make me feel bad, for asking her probably dumb questions. I highly recommend taking the time to have Betsy explain the vehicles features.
