The meeting was great. Much more than I expected. Had comlete answers for all my questions. Explaned and showed featsures I had no idea the car had. I would recommend all customers the buy a new Subaru to take the time to meet with Betsy.

Overall, I am very satisfied. Everyone was friendly and quite reasonable during the negotiation. I do think there would be an optical (and health) benefit to having all employees wear a mask while inside. Many of your customers expect that when entering a business in Marion County these days, As a business owner myself, I want to appeal to as many customers as possible, so...take it for what it’s worth.

With all the technology in my new Outback it was great having someone be able to spend an hour with me. Even though I'd figured most of it out prior to our appointment it was nice being work through the nuances and talk about how I wanted the car set up.
