I dealt with Dylan initially. I test drove a 2008 Honda Ridgeline. The ac wasn’t working. Dylan had it looked at and said it only had a partial charge and that they charged it. I came back the next day and checked and put a deposit down with another salesman. I came back the following day and bought the truck.

I am so impressed with Falcone Subaru and getting me comfortable with all the new buttons and options in my Subaru Forester. I have never owned a Subaru before, so didn't know what to expect. Nice transaction, nice people, great car. Would buy again from them. Wearing masks was not a priority in the showroom. Overall very nice, now we'll see how the car runs

Everyone at Falcone was great and made the leasing experience as easy as it could be. They were great about telling me all of the features on my new Subaru and making sure I understood everything.

Betsy was very knowledgeable and helpful in describing all the great features of our newly purchased Subaru. She was very flexible and offered a virtual appointment rather than in person to accommodate my availability, which I greatly appreciated.
