Betsy was awesome and very knowledgeable about the use of Android mobile in Outback. She was very patient walking me through the set up and explained in details of all the functions and apps come with my new Outback. That's a very nice service provided by Falcone - one-on-one service after sale. Sale rep Justin Poynter was also great. He was pleasant and responsive. No high pressure tactics. This is a surprisingly pleasant experience for me and I will recommend Falcone to my friends when they are looking to buy cars.
