I was very impressed with how things were handled and how well his knowledge was on the new vehicle. The last place we went last time, seemed very pushy, but this place took their time and didn’t push you to buy something you didn’t want to buy. Very thankful for that. Will definitely be back when my husband gets hired on.

Talked with mike McKinney over email and walked in and he hooked me up with gene and got the ball rolling. Went for a test drive in the new vehicle and while I was test driving they appraised my trade in and then got everything out in with my capital one auto navigator and walked out with the keys in just an hour. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience when buying a car! Very friendly and welcoming and not pushy like at other places. Will definitely be back to this dealership and recommend them to all of my friends!

Betsy was very easy to be with and explained things in a very clear and concise way. I learned things about my car that I was not even aware of. She offered me advice on how to use all the settings (especially related to the car). I appreciated the fact that as she walked me through everything she encouraged me to try the settings at the same time. A great experience. She is a real asset to Falcone.

It was a pleasure to work with Matt Bartelson and Falcone Automotive to upgrade my 2012 Subaru Legacy to the 2020 model. He was very honest about choices (giving at least one reason I might want to wait until the Costco auto buying price came down) and about the differences between the Impreza and the Legacy. Betsy was also helpful in figuring out some of the new features of the car.
