So glad I decided to do the follow-up otherwise there may have been options that I never knew I had. I was also glad that it was offered through Zoom. Betsy was very knowledgeable about the Outback and it's many features and as expected I learned of several options and features that I would have never figured out on my own.

We returned to Falcone Suburu to buy our 2021 Suburu Ascent because we had a great experience with them and Bert Nickelsberg on a previous purchase. Once again we had great service from a friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is a low pressure dealership that sells a great product. I went for the follow up because there were a few things on the vehicle I could not figure out. Was a very informative session and ended up learning more than originally I thought I would.

Falcone was excellent in customer service and price. It was a satisfying purchasing experience without the hassle of other retailers. Eric did a great job. They know their product and can answer any questions you have. The vehicle delivery experience was quick, straightforward, and helpful in learning the vehicle's features and answering any questions. This is the retailer to go to for price and customer service.
