My experience purchasing a car at Falcone was excellent. Alex, who sold us the car was informative, friendly, and so helpful. John, in finance was also very pleasant and helpful. We had had a very negative experience buying a car at another Subaru dealer. However, Falcone was a totally positive experience! And I think your love encore program is a great offer.

I appreciate the Honesty and being upfront with information. The texting with updated information was nice as well. The only complaint was that we weren’t able to complete business that day and have to return to do so. It was no fault of the salesman. Completely had to do with volume of business and was the last day of the month.
