I didn’t think I would learn much during the walk through with Betsy, bit it was amazing. I’m pretty tech savvy and had done my research, but she really helped me understand every single feature. Bought a great used car for my wife. I live an hour away from the dealership. Due to My wife’s work schedule she was not going to be able to look at the car for a week or so. They allowed me to take the car home so she could see it. Bought it the next day. Nick and Gary were fantastic to deal with. I hate buying cars! Those two made it a pleasurable experience. Our meeting with Betsy from Subaru Falcone was very informative and made us feel more comfortable with our new car features. In about an hour we went over everything and she followed up with the service department for a tire issue I was having.
