Just purchased a used vehicle from Falcone. They were great to deal with, very helpful in the process. I saw a small oil leak before I purchased the vehicle, the fixed the leak and balanced the tires without any additional cost. A pleasure to do business with.

The entire purchase process was fair and transparent. I appreciated my salesman and finance man not pressuring or up selling anything. It was obvious they knew a Subaru can sell itself. They were my resource not my source of anxiety. Gene Neal is authentic and reliable.

The best experience we"ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. They had exactly what we were looking for in their inventory. They gave us a very good price, no back and forth like at other dealerships where someone had to give an ok from a manager. The whole process of financing and purchasing without any hidden cost was fantastic. Everyone we met at this dealership should get 5 stars. We love our new Outback! The buying process was easy and we felt our trade in was a little better than fair. I did not think an ethical dealership existed anymore, but I have to say Falcone is ethical and fair. Yes, I am talking about a new car dealership! There is certainly more evidence out there showing how dealerships like to hit people with unfair practices. Falcone is certainly not one of them. They are top notch! I will not hesitate to refer anyone to Falcone.
