I had such a wonderful experience with everyone I interacted with at Falcone. They made my first car-buying experience so smooth and answer all of the questions I had. It has been a really long time since we purchase a vehicle and COVID was in play. Nick communicated well via text and scheduled test drives. We have never scheduled a later date with financing before to close a loan, but again COVID. That process seemed a bit lengthy (1.5 hours) but Nick stayed to help walk thru the electronic features on the Outback and was a good trainer for that. Appreciate Nick's knowledge of the car.

I have least my 2017 Golf from Falcone...because of Bobs great handling of my needs...no mickey mouse stuff! Now that I purchased the car after lease expired..I have had some immediate needs...first rotate and balance my older tires and align front end...I dropped in about two,after work..Steve got me in..I waited about an hour or so and it was finished...same with my regular oil change a few week later,and the cost was substantially less money then other VW stores I used to visit. Great store...

We just purchased a new Subaru Forester from Bert Nickelberg at Falcone Subaru. Love the car and the process was so easy. With all the knobs and buttons on the new car it was great that Bert walked me through how to use all the various features in the car. And they also have someone I can come back to for more help - its more like a rocketship than a car! Great Experience!
