Good customer service I pulled up unannounced, to ask a question about my subaru outback, that I had purchased at another dealership....I explained that I didn't get very good customer service at that dealership, & was wondering if I could ask a question here....I was told sure...!!..Gene, with his face mask and all, came outside & looked inside my vehicle, and offered some great insight to my dumb questions..!!...I appreciated him taking the time to step outside & offer some help...
