Exceptional I was referred to this dealership to Justin Poynter from Scott and Kelly Visser. Although we ended up meeting with Matt Bartelson we were overall very pleased with our experience start to finish. I just finished my session with Betsy and I have to say I feel more confident using the touch screen and tech. Betsy showed me everything on the Outback information screen. I learned shortcuts to favorite apps. Betsy also helped me set up Android play. Highly recommended. Thanks for this service.

Would Absolutely Consider Buying From Falcone! I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Accord from Falcone Subaru located near 16th St. in Indianapolis. The sales manager (Justin I think?) was very helpful and respected me as a single female in to buy a car alone. I did not feel taken advantage of by him and got a great deal on my trade-in. Great experience! Loved working with Falcone! Everything was quick and easy and I got a great car. This is my first Subaru and I'm loving it. The follow up training on all of the bells and whistles is worth the time.

Great experience I had a great experience with Nick Kitner as my salesman. He wasn't a typical salesman trying to sell me something. He answered my questions and was very quick to respond. Jon Wilson was also great to work with and very personable.
