Outstanding customer service. I hit something on the road. My front tire blew out & two sensor lights were on. I went into Falcone VW because it was the closest. Steve Halloran helped me out. They looked under the car, ran tests, and replaced the tire in only a half hour. At the end, I only had to pay $215 for a new tire. I was very pleased.
Nice and smooth vehicle buying experience. Staff was friendly and professional. They showed me the carfax. No hidden agenda or pressure. Thanks and I will consider buying there next time.
