First time customers at Falcone automotive. We looked at other dealerships and I asked my wife who do you want to do business with. The entire Falcone team was excellent, helpful and straight up fair. It truly was a team effort. Matt was great going over the new car features very knowledgeable. Had a little plan issue and Matt handle it the same day. Great team

Falcone Subaru and the entire team are amazing. I never feel pressured and Alex makes sure to work for me to get the best deal on trade and on the new vehicle. I have convinced a handful of friends to give Falcone a try and everyone of them said they will continue to go back after great experiences of their own. When it came to finance Moe was very professional and made quick work of completing the paperwork. He didn’t try any tricks or try to up sell any coverage I didn’t want.

Great Experince! I brought my 2012 Jettta in to the dealership because of tire and engine issues I was having. Steve H was there at the desk, and he was extremely helpful as usual. After the service was completed, I noticed that the engine issue seem to resurface. I let Steve know, and John came out to see what was going on. John made some recommendations, and asked that I call him and Steve the following day to update them. I really appreciate the team at this dealership. Happy customer Their staff is knowledgeable, fast, friendly and efficient! They KNOW how to do customer service. I had an appointment. I just about got settled in my comfortable seat in the waiting room and they called my name to say they were done! Great!! They answered my questions and even helped sink my phone to the car. Again, great! I always recommend their service to friends.
