Extremely helpful and patient We had quite a few requirements that we needed in our next vehicle and Alex was more than helpful and was able to get us exactly what we had been waiting for. Would highly recommend to anyone that is in the market for a new or used vehicle.
Don't want to shop anyplace else. We went to Falcone to get my wife a Volkswagen last year and Gene and Moe took care of us in every way. Gene even gave us his personal cell phone number in case we had any issues and needed to call him. We were so impressed that when we were looking at another Subaru Outback for me, we went right back to Gene. Best car buying experience ever I am a first time Subaru owner and Falcone provided the best service I’ve ever experienced when purchasing an auto. They were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and not high pressure. My questions were answered and they followed up promptly and appropriately. They also have stayed in touch during the first week of ownership to make sure everything is going smoothly. I am completely satisfied.
I purchased a 2020 forester from Gene. He Was extremely helpful with any and all of my requests. The whole team was very flexible around my working hours. i was able to quickly and efficiently purchase my vehicle. Great experience My wife and I had done a ton of research and knew exactly what we wanted in a vehicle. We went to several different dealerships and found the exact vehicle we wanted but there weren't very many left with the new models coming out the next week. Outstanding experience! Got a very fair deal on my trade-in, and really liked Nick my salesman. Was able to use my Costco membership to slash another $700 of the prices. Sales manager and finance manager also did a great job, and we’re not overly pushy. Overall a great experience, and a place that I would happily return!
new Lease on Subaru legacy Justine was most helpful. We did a lot of over the phone dealing until I came in to sign papers and pick up my car. He was a pleasure to work with. My only regret is that I wish I’d been dealing with a Falcone the last several years when I leased my other Subaru’s.
