Quick responses, excellent customer service I had an excellent experience at Falcone Subaru with Justin Poynter. He was very helpful in walking through the models I was interested in to help me narrow down my choices, discuss options and packages, and then find the exact car I wanted. He was very responsive to my messages and quick to help find solutions when the first car I wanted ended up not being available. I would recommend anyone go to Falcone and ask for Justin!!
My First Outback Experience Falcone Automotive was recommended to me by a colleague. I contacted the office and met with Gene Neal. He was very accommodating and worked with me around my schedule. He was courteous, efficient, and made the process very easy. Within slightly more than one week, I was purchasing a new Outback. Moe Abassi efficiently assisted me with the paperwork. The experience was pleasant and first-rate.
