Very Impressed The experience at Falcone was both professional and low-pressure. I found a used car on the website, test drove it, and decided to buy. Steve Lloyd was great - attentive and easy to talk to. Over the course of a couple of visits (test drive, paperwork, trade-in) other employees also recognized and greeted me. Communication was excellent - I always felt in the loop, and was never left with questions.
Amazing! I reached out online and got an immediate response from a member of the sales team. He was polite, informative, and not pushy. They worked with me at my pace. It was an overall amazing experience. I highly recommend.

Fantastic Service and Employees We brought our 2016 Forester in to get the brakes checked cause an another service place said we needed back brake. Ryan checked us in and explained probably we needed rear brakes cause they need to be change at around 58,000 miles we had 58,700. We left the car they and said we do need new rear brakes. They changed the brake pads,turned rotors. Within two and an half hours we had new and on our way. Always get great service from Falcone. Glad we bought the car here.
Straight shooters, no BS One of the least favorite things I like to do is buy a car. I had my eyes set on a Subaru Ascent since it was announced for production. I did my research in Indiana and three nearby states but was directed by a couple of friends to Falcone. Sure enough, it was by far the best automotive purchasing interaction I've ever had. Falcone is a great place to purchase a car Falcone Automotive is such a friendly place with knowledgeable and friendly people. Bob Falcone is very personable and you dont see that these days anymore. Justin Poynter my car salesman is also a fantastic person in general. He showed me the ins and outs of the cars, followed up with me every chance he got, and responded to my emails in quick time. Easiest and most stress free car buying experience My husband's coworker/friend told my husband that Bert Nickelsberg was the person to buy a car from. I went to the dealership and Bert was accommodating and helped me reach a car buying decision without any gimmicks or hidden agendas. I appreciated everything that he did to help make it as stress free as possible. I will definitely buy from this dealership again.
Excellent and efficient service I had a 48,000 service call. I explained that I needed to leave by 11:10 am to get to another appointment in Carmel. The service technician made sure I was finished by 10:50 am! He was awesome!
