Excellent customer relations I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. My salesman was very informative, patient, understanding, and top notch. Everyone there seemed friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the extra drive to go to this dealership.
Quick responses, excellent customer service I had an excellent experience at Falcone Subaru with Justin Poynter. He was very helpful in walking through the models I was interested in to help me narrow down my choices, discuss options and packages, and then find the exact car I wanted. My First Outback Experience Falcone Automotive was recommended to me by a colleague. I contacted the office and met with Gene Neal. He was very accommodating and worked with me around my schedule.
