Great Experience We first contacted Bert in February of this year. We visited Falcone, test drove two different vehicles, asked tons of questions, took up a lot of time and then left without buying a car because weren't quite ready to buy. When I returned alone in May wanting to test drive the Ascent and the Outback Bert was very accommodating. Total satisfaction...again! I brought my 2015 CrossTrek in for routine maintenance & to correct a recall issue. Every aspect of my visit was pleasant & efficient. It was a plus getting a complimentary car wash too. I have no complaints at all, & would be happy to refer others to Falcone. I have already done so in the past.
New Ascent Car shopping is never fun, easy, or quick. And that doesn't include actually working with a dealership! However, working with Bert and the Falcone staff has been one of the better experiences we have ever had. Fair and Fast I reached out to Nick with a specific Crosstrek that I was interested in. We set a time that day; when we arrived the car was out front ready for a test drive. By the time we finished our trade was assessed, fair offer from Nick and sales Manager Gary, and two hours later we drove off in a 2019 CrossTrek. Great experience, low pressure, fair deal from the outset. Jon Wilson walked us through the financing options and made it simple and pleasant. Nice job Falcone team!
Air conditioner malfunction, leaking tire, and brake switch Ryan was extremely pleasant and helpful even in the midst of my frustration. I really appreciate the special care he provided to ensure that my Crosstrek was serviced in a timely manner. I most appreciate that much of the service was done under warranty - the compressor on the air conditioner went out on a car only 5 years old. I really appreciate that Subaru will cover this repair. Best car buying experience we have ever had! We were looking to purchase our third Forester and knew what we wanted. We had never dealt with Falcone before as we live 60 miles away but were referred to them by a friend. We contacted Bert and he found that the exact car we wanted (model, color, options) was scheduled to be delivered to their dealership in about a month. Beyond Your Expectations! Tiffany Is Oustanding. She has an amazing way of leaving YOU In Control. No Pressure, No Misdirection. After we test drove a vehicle we "thought" was right for us, it just didn't feel like the right. That's when Tiffany suggested a VW R-Line Jetta. WOW! What a COOL Ride! Lots of awesome options & features. Immediately we fell in love. Tiffany put us in that New Jetta $50 cheaper per month than our last vehicle!
