Always a great experience Falcone Subaru is the best Subaru dealer in Indianapolis period. My family has shopped and purchased new cars at other dealerships (and they are all good) but Falcone has the secret sauce. Never pushy. Never condescending. Never anything negative. Buying a new car is not something you want to do very often because of all the stress. Falcone minimizes the negatives and that takes a load off your shoulders. Justin Poynter has been our salesman twice and he’s the best.

Great Buying Experience!! Alex was awesome to work with! We had the deal almost completely done before I drove on the lot. It's so much easier to communicate via email and text, and I appreciated Alex's flexibility in doing so. Once the purchase was done, Alex went over all the details of the car and thoroughly explained their operation. He also followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was alright. Easy to do business with Much like I did 3 years ago, I leased a vehicle from Falcone. Alex made leasing my Tiguan a breeze. The folks at Falcone are the opposite of your typical, pushy car salesmen. Everyone is cordial and easy to chat with. Alex definitely knew his stuff as he was able to answer any question I had. Moe in Finance was also a pleasure to do business with.
