Great experience We purchased a new Subaru Forester using the Costco auto buying program. Alex was very helpful, walked us through the process and kept us updated on our order. Truly a destination dealership It was so easy to work with Nick- he is with the times and was flexible with my busy schedule and made it easy to communicate back and forth through email and text. Great Buying Experience I travelled from Northern Indiana to buy a new Forester at Falcone. Nick Kitner was excellent. I found the car online and agreed to buy it on the phone. It was ready when I arrived and just as described. I didn’t feel pressured and was in and out of the dealer in less than an hour with my new car. I would make the drive again.
Quick action on safety recall I recently received a warranty recall notice from Volkswagen for my 2017 Golf. I immediately called Falcone, where I bought the car, to schedule a service appointment. I anticipated that I would have to wait a while for the correct parts to be in stock. Very Professional No hassle, fair price, and good customer service. Leased a new VW Atlas and was pleased with how they conducted business.
