Great Good experience for a difficult decision, first major purchase in 17 years. Came to dealer with auto having major problems and they helped me out with a loaner until the Crosstrek would arrive. I felt good about their concern for my safety.
Great Experience Falcone Subaru is the best purchase experience I have had in buying a new car. Justin helped me find the car I wanted and never pressured me at any time during the process. When I picked up my new Forester he thoroughly explained all the features on my new car. I will definitely be going back to Falcone.

Great Buying experience I am not a fan of buying cara but I love driving new cars! Falcone was great. Nick was a fantastic salesman and didn’t push too hard for the sale. First time using Falcone service Brought my 2017 Outback in for service. Bought it from individual so this was my first time having car serviced and first time using Falcone service. Entered in wrong area to begin with. A gentleman moved my car for me and took me to the correct area. The guys who helped me at the service desk were very nice and accommodating. Serviced the car for 24,000 miles, did recall work and changed a sensor lever which was under warranty. All completed within a timely fashion!
Very Impressed The experience at Falcone was both professional and low-pressure. I found a used car on the website, test drove it, and decided to buy. Steve Lloyd was great - attentive and easy to talk to. Over the course of a couple of visits (test drive, paperwork, trade-in) other employees also recognized and greeted me. Communication was excellent - I always felt in the loop, and was never left with questions.
