Raised The Bar After taking my mother to several different car lots we happened upon Falcone. Where Tiffany went above and beyond. Not only did she point my mother in the direction of a good car, but she took the time to listen and educate my mother in a non patronizing manner. (Which we had a problem with at other dealerships) My mother had her own financing taken care before she got there and they took the time to explain to her how she did not have a good deal. Finally a Beetle owner! I met with John a week in advance before even purchasing my beetle, just to check it out and see if I was really interested. John took my husband and I to the car and let us check it out, no pressure to buy or anything. He answered all of my questions. Professional, Friendly, Respectful, Informative, Our association with Falcone goes back to the mid nineties. We have purchased a few cars and have relied on this dealership for servicing those vehicles. Our recent purchase with Mr. Neal being your representative was a pleasant experience from the first phone call to the last signature. Our hope is for this vehicle to serve as well as the one we have driven since 2011.
New to us, used Forester Gene helped us upgrade our Crosstrek to a gently used Forester. He was extremely informative and never pressured us. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable during our time at the dealership. He deserves a raise.

Great service, fast, and friendly. I bought a 2013 Kia Soul. Gene Neal was great. Friendly, honest, and speedy. Answered all my questions that I had. On the finance department Moe was able to get me out of the office quickly and smooth. The wash team did an amazing job on getting my car cleaner up and beautiful. Wonderful! My husband and I had Alex Moffett help us find our perfect car. He was very patient while also doing his job quickly to not keep us there all day! Buying a Subaru When I entered the showroom at Falcone Matt greeted me in a very professional manor. He answered my questions and gave me his card.
