Great buy experience! We worked with John Fitzgerald and it was a fantastic buying experience! He was very patient and responsive to all of our questions. This was our first new car purchase, so we had a lot of questions and took a lot of time to make our decision, but he was never pushy and always helpful.

Great service, nice people! I called on Tuesday evening about an engine misfire in my Passat with 230,000+ miles on it...Steve said he would try to have someone take a look at the issue on Wednesday. I dropped off the car on Wednesday morning...it turned out to be a fairly simple fix (new dipstick) and the car was ready to go by 3 PM on Wednesday. I really appreciate the quick service and the friendliness of the staff at Falcone. Thanks.
Tiffany is the best!!! I had a great experience at Falcone from start to finish! Tiffany was super helpful and made purchasing my VW Jetta fun and easy. She was very knowledgable and took the time to show me my vehicles features and how to use them. She also helped me return my rental vehicle which was greatly appreciated!

Being the 3rd Subaru I've picked up from Falcone I walked in knowing Alex (my salesman) was going to get me into the vehicle of my choice without pressure.
