Satisfaction at Falcones Enjoyed my visit at falconers. I had a very helpful sales person, Tiffany, who goes by Tiff.. she was very helpful and patient. I think she knew what I had in mind and brought me up the perfect car. She helped me through the entire process and within two days this car was in my garage. I forgot my garage door opener in my trade-in and she retrieved it and mailed it to me. She is very helpful.
Painless and Efficient Finalizing my purchase with Moe was a great experience. He is knowledgeable about more than just the dealership, he appears to have a wide knowledge base about the automotive industry. Totally hassle free!!!!! I just bought a 2018 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible. Glen was so kind and friendly and pressure free. He made me feel comfortable and totally at ease deciding what I wanted. Once I decided on the Beetle he turned me over to Chase who was able to find exactly what I wanted and finally working with Moe on the financing was stress free. I cannot say enough about these guys and my car is perfect!!!!!

Tiffany Compton is the BEST!!! This is the second car I’ve purchased from Tiffany and would highly recommend her and Falcone to anyone in the market for a new Volkswagen. She is responsive and goes above and beyond to make it an easy, fun experience. she even drove to Enterprise to retrieve the garage door opener I accidentally left in my rental car.
