The quickest, easiest car purchase I have ever made! Tiffany was awesome from start to finish! When I looked at my car online, she was quick to call me back and explain all of my financing options. She also gave me several other options for purchase. I ended up going with my first choice, and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend Falcone as a dealer, and will make sure to ask for Tiffany on my next purchase. You can't go wrong with these guys! Thank you!

Oustanding service by Falcone Outstanding service, problem identified and remedied quick and efficiently. Steve H is outstanding tech, highly recommended. The waiting area is wonderful too, as I have the ability to complete work using WIFI and know there is a clean/comfortable area to do so. The Long's doughnuts are a wonderful amenity :)

The best service!! Tiffany Compton helped us lease our new Volkswagen Passat & we couldn't ask for better service. She walked us through step by step and let us drive multiple vehicles until we were sure of the one we wanted. She even pulled numbers on all the cars we test drove, so we could make the best decision. Great car; great service When in the market for a new car, I did a great deal of research online, in automotive magazines including reviews in Consumer Reports. Then I canvased friends about their automobiles and dealerships they had used. Subaru was recommended as a terrific automobile by all; and Falcone was recommended as a terrific dealership. Correct on both counts! Completely satisfied.

Respectful, Pleasant and Peaceful This was the most respectful, pleasant and peaceful dealership I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years across the country (Indiana, California and North Carolina) and even in Japan. I went to Falcone Volkswagen Subaru & Saab to look at a 2012 Chevy Impala LTZ. When I pulled in I was expecting to be hounded like at many dealerships, however it was completely the opposite. Another. Great Experience I have been taking my Subaru Forester to Falcone for service since I purchased it there almost three years ago. Service staff are always friendly and helpful and my visit usually takes less time than I anticipated.
