Oil change and car wash Brady is super friendly and made my oil change so easy. I would definitely return because he and all the other staff I encountered were so friendly. Snacks are fire too so that's a plus.

Above and Beyond! I simply cannot stop telling everyone I know to go Falcone and buy a Subaru. It's a great car, but the service at this dealer is THE BEST! I was just in for a simple oil change, and wow! I was blown away by the attention to detail when it comes to making sure their customers are happy and well informed. Oil change, breaks, and car wash I've had a few oil changes and other miscellaneous services done at Falcone. I always work with Brady O'Cull and he is extremely friendly, reliable, and professional. He always keeps me informed on the progress of my car and it's always done in a timely manner. I don't even mind waiting because of the comfortable waiting rooms and awesome snacks!

Prestige service center Falcone Service center has the best customer service. They are willing to work around your schedule and assist you in any way they can. They even offered a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop a few days. Shelby and the service advisors were very detailed about any service work I had done, and also answered all of my questions. If you want dependable service on your vehicle and a dependable service team Falcone is the place to go!

Best Car buying and service experience Falcone provided me with a car buying experience unlike any other. All of the sales representatives are easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. Fifteen years and counting. We purchased our first Falcone automobile in 2000; a Saab 9-3 from from John Franks. Two Saabs, five Subarus (both new and used), and a VW later, we can't imagine purchasing, servicing or repairing a vehicle anywhere else. A typical dealership, this is not. Service Visit The staff at Falcone were professional and friendly. The prices were also reasonable, basically I was not tempted to try and do it myself based off off the cost. The time it took was also very good. Overall it was the type off experience that I would like each time I get my car serviced. Oh, and the waiting area was very nice, I forgot to eat breakfast so I was especially thankful.
