Awesome people! They were great to work with! I have high expectations anyway since I've been in the car business for 10+ yrs. Started by seeing the car on Autotrader. Sent an email thru autotrader and was answered quickly by Angie. I live over 3 hours away and wanted to work numbers before driving that far. 16th Bday a success thanks to Falcone! I hate to admit it but I am a frequent car shopper/buyer, however this was my 1st with Falcone. Great Service! My boyfriend had an issue with his car and Brady did an excellent job of getting an appointment scheduled in a timely manner and the fix didn't take long at all! Everyone was very nice, friendly, and willing to help.

Excellent and reliable service! The service at Falcone Saab is superb! They clearly explain and estimate the service and costs accurately and the service is complete the first time. Never had a return trip for the same issue. Highly recommend both the service and dealership!

Pleasant Experience I needed a new key made for my Subaru. Brady O'Cull was great to work with, even finding someone to have the key cut there in the service department so that I didn't have to go have that done someplace else before I could get the key programmed. The waiting area was comfortable and inviting. The beverages and snacks add a very nice touch!

Great Service Each time I have taken my car in for service I was in and out in about an hour. My car was always returned clean!! Great experience. Wouldn't service my Subaru anywhere else.

Always a wonderful experience I've taken my Jetta in for service several times, and I'm always amazed by staff there. Brady is very friendly and helpful, and he is always more than happy to answer all of my questions. He also makes sure to keep me updated on the status of my car during its service. I would definitely recommend Falcone to anyone.

Friendly, Convenient and Efficient Falcone's Saab service exceeds my expectations by listening to my repair issues and solving them on the first visit. Brady O'Cull is always patient with me when I am trying to explain my issues in layman terms. He is very professional and knowledgeable when sharing the details of the services needed and those provided. There are a few other places I can go and probably pay a little less but I appreciate Brady's friendly demeanor and making me feel welcomed and respected.

Quick and painless. I have driven a subaru forrester for 10 years, best car by far I have ever driven. My mechanic offered to buy my forrester and I knew immediately I would be buying a subaru. I jumped online and saw what vehicles Falcone had on their lot. Called Steve and before dinner I was driving my new crosstrek. I am so pleased with the service from Steve; and Jon made the financing a breeze. Thank you.
