Fantastic service My buddy and I went to Falcone to have the wheel bearings replaced on his a4. First off this is a VW dealership that doesn't normally work on audis so I was surprised they agreed to do the work and for the same price as the little mechanic shops around us. When we got there they did up the paperwork then drove the car. They told us that one of the wheel bearings was bad but they weren't sure about the other. My husband and I have made two purchases at Falcone now. On the first purchase, we had seen a Mini Cooper listed on their website and went in to test drive it and potentially buy it (which we ended up getting). We were told had a couple from Chicago driving down to see it that day, and although they had been encouraged to put a small refundable down payment to hold it, the couple did not. I found the staff at Falcone Subaru helpful and easy to deal with. They were ready with answers when I had questions, but Russell mostly let the car sell itself. I didn't feel pressured at any time. I visited the dealership 4 times over 4 months during the process of choosing a new car. They provided the lowest initial quote compared to the other local dealers, and were competitive with the 5 other dealers I got quotes from in a 200 mile radius.
