Our salesman, Steffon, was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I felt like we got a good deal. I love the location. The finance guy ensured we had all the information in advance so there were not surprises when we sat down to sign. Other staff members were also very helpful. I will gladly recommend Falcone to friends and family.

I have bought two cars in as many months from Falcone. They were great both times. Professionals that knew their business and treated me right. Spent the right amount of time with me without resorting to pressure tactics or sales "tricks". It'll be a few years until I'm ready for another car, but you can be bet I'll be going back to Falcone.

Great customer service! There was a minor miscommunication between staff about the car I agreed to purchase between the day I test drove the vehicle and the day I signed the paperwork. Long story short, the car I wanted was sold to another customer. The sales staff and management went above and beyond to make the situation right. I was offered a car with more options for the same price. This was my second purchase from Falcone and I can guarantee that I will not buy a Subaru from any other dealer in the future!!

I have been saying I wanted a Subaru for several years. Finally, it was time! We visited Falcone on May 6, and Nick Kitner was amazing! I was a little worried that, as a woman, the salesman would talk only to my husband. However, my husband told Nick that this car would be mine, and Nick really listened to me!
