The service department customer service is outstanding. They are extremely sensitive to their customer needs. They are totally focused, Their waiting room is outstanding, They keep you advised as your car is being serviced. When the service is complete they go over each detail of the service and make sure the customer doesn't have any questions.

Been looking for a car now for about 6 months now off and on. My honda cr-v was 16 year old and it was getting there. Feeling unsafe. As always, the service at Gillman North is very exceptional. I had service at another Subaru dealer one time in their service was marginal at best.

My wife and I have been thoroughly pleased with our experience at Falcone. What we appreciate the most is the absence of pressure to purchase things that we are not interested in - so refreshing for an auto dealership! Shout out to Betsy Taylor - the time we spent with her surpassed our expectations for value and helpfulness.
