I brought in my '19 Subaru WRX STI to get my routine oil change. It was my first time bringing my vehicle here. They did a great job and even car washed my vehicle. I definitely will be going back for any maintenance that needs to be done to my car. I also will recommend Falcone to my friends and family.

From the moment I arrived the staff was working hard to make sure that we were comfortable and that our needs were being met. I was actually coming by to pick up a leased company vehicle and you would have thought I was there to buy three or four cars. Helpful service advisors, pleasant waiting/working area and excellent work. The low pressure sales experience won me over to Falcone 9 years ago (I assume it is the same today) and I've enjoyed my experience with them (with the same Subaru Outback by the way 130K) ever since.

Betsy was very helpful and easy to work with. She followed up with an email with helpful information after I scheduled the appointment to pick up my new car. At the appointment Betsy took the time to explain all of the features of the car and helped connect my phone. Betsy went above and beyond to help in every aspect. And she even recommended the donut shop down the street! Yum!!
