Falcone Automotive was a pleasure to work with. I viewed several cars on the lot with Steffon on a Saturday. The following Monday I placed a hold on a Forester in transit that had the features I was seeking. The My Subaru app kept me informed of the car status during transit. Once the car was delivered to the dealership we test drove the car on a Saturday and left with the new car in a few hours. Steffon was fantastic in answering all our questions and made the purchase and selection of my new Subaru enjoyable.

I bought a used Honda Accord from Nick & Falcone and couldn’t have been happier with the service. I live 6 hours away & they made the whole process so easy. I flew up to Indy-the car was washed & ready for me. 10 mins worth of paperwork & I was back on the road! It was a surprise for my daughter’s graduation-Nick & Jenni made everything work out. We are in love with her car! Would definitely not hesitate to do business with them again!

Dealership was clean, just hard parking for customers and trying to find the place.I did not buy a car but would not go back after the experience with Emir. We looked at pricing, nothing was brought down, which is fine and not my problem at all. In the beginning, he seem kind but then when I told him I had his card and would come back if I changed my mind, his attitude changed.
