The team at Falcone did an amazing job at explaining to a first-time Subaru buyer the differences in models and trim levels. I never felt pressured to make a decision the day of and they were always available to answer my questions at the store or via email and phone call. Really appreciate the atmosphere at Falcone and will be returning for service appointments with my new Subaru. Highly recommend!

Brian H. Was my salesperson. He gave me his complete attention and was very knowledgeable about the Subaru. After I decided to purchase the car he sent as much time as I needed to go over and explain all the workings of the car. He also told me I could contact him at anytime if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership.
