The Love Encore meeting with Betsy Taylor was fantastic. I'm fairly tech savvy and had explored the menus in advance but Betsy knows every nook and cranny of the interface and showed me many things I didn't know were in there. I feel much more comfortable with operating my Outback having spent some time going through the menus with Betsy. I highly recommend seeing her for a Love Encore meeting if you're new to Starlink, or even if you're not. I'm sure she'll show you something you didn't know!

Betsy and my wife Linda hit it off right away. She spent over an hour with us trying to bring us up to speed (not easy in our case). Now we're more comfortable with the plethora of knobs, buttons, and touch screen menus. Great sense of humor, too.

Today's review only covers today's "show and tell". My new Subaru has so many new features. I appreciate the time that Betsy took to answer my questions and also to show and explain features I hadn't even discovered yet. This was time well spent. I am very pleased with everything so far at Falcone and hope they stick around locally for a long time.
