Falcone (and Steffon with the Subaru side) helped me reserve the exact Subaru trim I was looking for. Steffon was able to read his incoming inventory list with complete accuracy compared to the Honda dealership I went to first, when I considered a Honda. Steffon kept in contact until my vehicle arrived. He taught me every button on my car, helped me set up my phone to connect, and how to setup all 3 dashboard display preferences. Betsy was very informative and provided me a thorough review of my Subaru Outback’s Subaru STARLINK Multimedia Touchscreen operation.
