Betsy and my wife Linda hit it off right away. She spent over an hour with us trying to bring us up to speed (not easy in our case). Now we're more comfortable with the plethora of knobs, buttons, and touch screen menus. Great sense of humor, too.

Today's review only covers today's "show and tell". My new Subaru has so many new features. I appreciate the time that Betsy took to answer my questions and also to show and explain features I hadn't even discovered yet. This was time well spent.
