My Love-Encore Visit with Betsy Taylor was excellent! I had been overwhelmed reading all 1he printed material in the glove compartment of my new Outback. Betsy patiently answered my questions and helped me sort it out. She also showed me where to look when I had more questions in the future. Dealership and everyone there was first rate. Totally Dealership and everyone there was first rate. Totally customer focused and wonderful. I have an unknow chip on the car less that 10 days old NOTcaused by a rock, car wash, door ding, etc. I know the first dent/ding is always disappointed by a 1-2 paint scratch for no reason is disappointing for my first subaru purchase.

I bought a 2022 Subaru outback. Falcone was very customer focused, straightforward, and honest. Even though there was a hiccup in the process for me, they went out of their way to take care the problem. I would recommend talking to Falcone before purchasing Subaru from another dealer.

The Love Encore meeting with Betsy Taylor was fantastic. I'm fairly tech savvy and had explored the menus in advance but Betsy knows every nook and cranny of the interface and showed me many things I didn't know were in there. I feel much more comfortable with operating my Outback having spent some time going through the menus with Betsy. I highly recommend seeing her for a Love Encore meeting if you're new to Starlink, or even if you're not. I'm sure she'll show you something you didn't know!
