Used their Express Service. They got me in quickly and car service was completed in about the time they indicated it would be.
Sean was great! I walked in looking for another vehicle, which had been sold. Sean knew what I was looking for and right away started checking his inventory. He found me my dream car, although not new, it's new to me. The process was quick and painless. I highly recommend Sean.

I had a tough service today. Generally I have not had any problem with Tonkin Subaru, but today was frustrating. I had an appointment and arrived on time. Customer service quickly acknowledged I arrived and hastily processed me. I could barely let him know what I was there for when he was taking my keys and ushering me to the waiting area. I was impressed when I selected the car I wanted to buy back in November 2020. The facility was clean and neat, and the sales team seemed eager and helpful after I had seen the car I wanted online and drove the 90 minutes to test drive and make my purchase. The price and trade value was good, and I signed some paperwork to buy the vehicle and put a time together to finalize a couple of days later.
