It’s the best VW dealership in Indiana! My husband and I always have been given outstanding customer service! We started out with routine service on our Tiguan then ended up trading it in for a new Passat. No pressure sales and they are an honest, trustworthy family owned company that stands by their word and products. Steve in service, Alex in sales and Matt in sales( used to be in service) and Jenny our financial guru do the Falcone family proud! Thank you for a great team of people!

Bert was my salesman and he was wonderful. I ordered my car and he kept me informed on its progress. When I picked it up, he explained most of the functions and encouraged me to follow up with questions in the next couple of weeks. He also followed up contacting me to make sure everything was going well. I ordered a dog ramp which came in within a week. I am so delighted with the vehicle and that was only enhanced by the great service I received. They have a permanent customer.

What a wonderful salesperson and dealership! Absolutely the best car- buying experience I have ever had! Bert even came in 30 minutes on a Saturday so we could pick up the Ascent and still make it to the Purdue game!
