Everything was so easy. I emailed with Alex about what I was looking for and he had the car sitting in the garage ready for my test drive. After going over the essentials with me I took it for a drive and decided it was perfect.

Horrible to deal with. Was very interested in purchasing a Vehicle. Thought they’d be different based on ratings. Was told from slimy salesman that didn’t think he’d make a lot he couldn’t work with me. Would never do business with this dealership. Especially based off the rude treatment.
Love buying cars from Falcone Subaru. Had an amazing experience with Justin and getting to sit down with Betsy after having my Outback for a bit made me feel even more comfortable with all the features available to me.

Just when I thought my experience with Falcone couldn't get any better, I met Betsy. She explained everything I could possibly need to know about my new Forester. She was so very patient and answered all my questions. Betsy took me to the service department to meet the manager and set up my first service appointment. Why would anyone buy a Subaru from another dealer!
