We have been buying all of our vehicles except for one at Freehold Dodge/Subaru over the last 25 years now and we keep coming back because we have never had a bad experience. Jeff at Fairfield Subaru was a wonderful salesperson. He made everything easy, from talking to me on the phone at length several times to helping my husband and I custom order our new car in person. He emailed every week to keep us updated on when the car was built and shipped. Jeff got us a great deal and even got us started with the financials online so that when the car arrived picking it up was a breeze. We can’t thank Jeff and his team at Fairfield Subaru enough!
The purchase including post-delivery Q&A session are so helpful. Everything about the experience of buying my now 3 Foresters at Falcone has been excellent as well as the service department. Customer focused service and the excellent quality of the Subaru product make this my top recommendation to anyone near the Indy area.
