The experience was first class from start to finish. The deal was square, Amanda Wallace very knowledgeable and straight up, no funny business at all. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Amanda and Falcone!

The worst service and management - we brought our Subaru in while under warranty because it was burning oil. They replaced a part and charged us for it without running the actual diagnostic test. When we returned because we were still having an issue a few months later (just out of warranty at this point by 1000 miles) they decided to run the diagnostic test then, with no explanation as to why they didn't do it the first time, and now want to charge us 5000-6000 to fix the problem. Every one at the Falcone subaru dealership was courtious and never made me feel like I was being rushed. Betsy Taylor was very informative and made aware of many features that I wasn't aware that I had access to.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. They will do whatever they can to reject any warranty work. Took my 2021 Subaru Ascent in to look at a rear gate issue. Dealt with David Soliz in their service center who took the car in for evaluation. I waited over an hour at the dealership for them to come back and say they would have to contact Subaru's warranty department to get the work approved. Also due to the misalignment of the gate there is a nonstop beeping in the car that they would not be able to fix. They made the claim... read more
