Betsy Taylor and Steffon Young both were very professional and helpful during the purchasing of my 2022 Sabaru Forrester Touring car. This is the second Forrester I I purchased from Falcone and I found the staff at Falcone to be very knowledgeable and helpful during the purchase of my 2018. They were great. We had to wait a bit but they can't control that. We got everything we could dream of on it and for an amazing price.

I have purchased my cars and get all my service done here. I am on my second Subaru with Falcone, but they serviced my Saabs before this. They are efficient, professional, and I have never had major problems in between service dates. They always take time to explain what will be done and why, and always address any questions or concerns I may have. Makes me feel safe in my car.

My contact/salesperson, Steffon Young, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and generally nice to work with. The others at Falcone were also kind and helpful when Steffon was not there. I went back to Falcone for our 2022 Forester because I had had really good experiences with their service department when I needed routine service for my 2019 Forester.

Alex had been super helpful right from the start. He wasted no time in getting everything ready for me. He also helped me on what I needed to do on my end of the process. 10/10, if I lease another car from Falcone I hope it is through him!
The staff was very attentive and helpful. The paperwork was finished quickly and with care. I received reminders when my vehicle arrived and everything just went very smoothly and with ease.
