Was in the area from Sacramento Ca. Blew out a tire and madeit to the Subaru dealership on the spare. Fast, frendly service representative, Amber, when out of her way to insure I and my son got back on the road as quick as they could. Ilene Huante, the service Manager and the parts guy really made a difficult situtation into a wonderful experence. And when I got home, my wife checked the repairs and could not tell there had been and damage. An excellent repair.
As a senior citizen I was a bit overwhelmed with the amount of technical advances that came with my new Subaru. I purchased this car because it has all of the safety features that older cars do not have. None of the safety features are good if you don’t know how to use them. Betsy did an excellent job of explaining and demonstrating each feature. The session was very informative and well worth the time spent there. I am very glad that I made this purchase.

This is my 2nd vehicle purchase with them. This time I got the 24 alpine green limited Crosstrek. I highly recommend this dealership. My contact there is Tony very professional no pressure. Easy purchase they treat you like family. They even did a follow up call, email and text the following day to be sure everything went right and I live my car. I encourage anyone looking to buy a Subi to go here you won’t regret it.
