I received excellent customer service from Falcone Subaru today when I picked up my new company car. Betsy spent time explaining to me the features of my new Ascent. She processed all of the paperwork in advance to transfer my plates which made the transaction go more quickly. Betsy also set up the Starlink function. Overall, it was a seamless, pleasant experience, and I am grateful for her professionalism.

Falcone not only made my first car buying experience simple, they made sure at every step of the way that I understood the process. Car shopping during Covid is challenging but Falcone makes it easy and transparent. They didn’t try to charge above msrp, like other dealers we encountered, and there are no dealer fees. It was definitely worth the drive from Cincinnati. Bert gave us a thorough walk through of all the technology in our Forester Touring and we couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase!
