Betsy was very professional and approachable. She made it easy to ask questions. More importantly, she has a deep knowledge of not just the use of the icons, but also of the systems underlying them. Its one thing to know which button to push, and quite another to know why and how they work. I came away with a better understanding of my car than any of the previous 10 Subarus I have owned. Gene was great to work with. There was no pressure and both my wife and I felt as ease working with Gene to locate the Ascent we were after. Not only did it come in a few weeks earlier than we expected, but Gene was prompt and got us in and out very quickly - even though we added selling our 2019 Ascent into the mix. Very easy experience from beginning to end. Started the car shopping experience expecting it to finish in a couple of months; however, it was finished with no hiccups within 2 weeks. Super excited about my new pure red Crosstrek. Gene made this possible. Kudos to all.
