I had a great, no hassle experience buying my first Subaru at Fairfield Subaru. Jeff Perkins was knowledgable with a low-pressure attitude which I really appreciated. I really liked the follow up call the next day. I'm very happy with the entire experience. I felt that the trade in portion of the negotiation was very fair.
John DePalma is the man who can help you through your introduction to the vehicle, particularly the complex EyeSight Driver Assist system. Will spend as long as required to insure you understand the use of the system, and can use it to enhance your safe driving. Problem with any part of the system - give John a call and he'll sort it out. Professional and friendly.

Betsy was great! Her knowledge and easy to follow directions were so helpful in personalizing my car’s set up with the navigation system & Apple car play. Betsy explained in detail a number of excellent features I did not realize were on my Subaru that I will enjoy utilizing. The “in-person” meeting was great for actually trying out the various features of my Forester.

After several years experiencing problems with exchanging corporate lease cars I switched to Falcone VW. Betsy Taylor is competent and courteous. Delivery takes less than 10 minutes with all paper work in in order. Falcone is a superior dealership.
