I can't type my full review since this site limits, but TL;DR is: - They misled us about their 150+ inspection on used cars which didn't catch: The intermittent PCM issue (which ended up being a camshaft sensor, not a PCM), wiper pump not working, wheel clock spring broken (steering controls not working and airbag light on) - They sold us a Powertrain Plus warranty (their highest level warranty on used cars) that doesn't cover the Powertrain Control Module. I would highly recommend a Love-Encore session with Betsy! She thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle. The session was scheduled after I had my new car for a couple weeks, so it was not as overwhelming to learn all the technology initially in my car. She is also a great resource if I have any future questions

I definitely recommend scheduling a Love-Encore session. Betsy was great (and patient) when answering our questions and showed us even more things about our Subaru that we didn't know exited. Our entire experience with Falcone Subaru has been great!

Had a pretty great experience with Mo at Fairfield Subaru. Really felt like he was on my side and worked with me on what I was looking for. No hassling, no pushing, just easygoing and wanted to get me in a car. Highly recommend.
Loved my whole car buying experience at Falcone Subaru. Amanda Wallace was great! I would most definitely deal with her again and refer people to her or the Falcone dealership. Betsy Taylor was also great about answering my questions about the car and making sure to cover questions I may not have known to ask. Just a great experience all the way around!!

My salesperson Jeff Perkins kept me updated on my order and provided me with all the information I needed. Once my car arrived he got it ready for me and had it waiting on the showroom floor. He made the purchase enjoyable. It’s the easiest purchase I’ve ever made.
