I’ll never go to any other dealership. This is my dealership for life now! From my very first email to the purchase of my brand new car, the process was smooth and tolerable. I felt 100% honesty from Alex every step of the way. No random fees, no unexplained charges. Every penny I spent was accounted for and understood on my end. I can’t say the same for the dealerships I went to before I made my way to Falcone. My only regret was I should of stopped in sooner! I’ll never go anywhere else, this is my place now!
