My experience with Falcone has been excellant so far. Amanda was my salesperson and she is so friendly and knowledgeable. John in finance was super too. Betsy showed me all of the features of my new car and was so patient and easy to work with. Whoever is in charge of hiring is doing an outstanding job. 1. I brought my car in for an "Express" oil change and tire rotation, for which the web site and mailings said I needed no appointment. I was told it would be at least two and a half hours to wait, and that it would be better for me to make an appointment for the following week. I said just do the work, I am here already. So "Express" did not exist. It took about three hours. 2. I told the service rep.
