Brian was very professional and courteous. Answered our questions fully and when there was a discrepancy on the pricing, he went to his manager and had it corrected without any hassle. The upfront process of the transaction was great, so please don't let the rest of this review reflect poorly on Brian!. However, it went straight downhill when we sat with the Nick in Finance.
