Bert made the pre order and the delivery process of my new outback wilderness extremely easy. Falcone provided excellent service with no scammy tactics or marked up prices. Everyone was fair and professional. Also thanks to Betsy for answering any follow up questions I had and also answering questions I didn't even know to ask haha. All in all a 5 star experience. Every member of the Falcone Staff that we have interacted with has been exceptional! When we did our Love Encore with Betsey, we learned about many features that we had not known about in our 2019 Ascent. It was well worth our time to attend this meeting!
