The entire process of purchasing our 2024 Ascent from Falcone Subaru from initially looking at vehicles, deciding on and ordering the vehicle, and finally purchasing and receiving the vehicle, was nothing short of excellent. Picked up our 2024 Forester Touring last week that was special ordered a few months ago. Excellent experience with Carlos Ramos and Shane Boyce. No trying to add or pressure my wife and I into anything we did not ask for. Very professional, they kept their word. Probably the best car buying experience.
