Three words I would use to Describe Betsy are professional, Knowledgeable and responsive. I arrived at the dealership unexpected because Emails I had sent got sent to spam. This didn’t deter Ms Talyor she quickly got paper work together and gave me a quick over view of the new vehicle ( even though I had said it was unnecessary). Being in customer service myself I know the value of being responsive to the customer. Betsy is one of the best.
