Very impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the individuals, Betsy and Steffon. Betsy was very helpful today in trying to explain the car to me . My questions were answered. Steffon was always kind and very willing to help in anyway.

Betsy was very thorough going over in detail the different aspects of my Forester that I did not understand.Explaining things I did not understand and answering stuff while making me comfortable. I am a bit technically challenged.

I'm 75 years old and Matt is by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with at a car dealership. His communication skills are excellent as is is knowledge of Subaru cars. No pressure is a key to how I work with people and Matt did not pressure us in anyway. I came to him based on a recommendation from a friend of ours who has bought at least 3 cars from Falcone.
