The sales person (Justin) and follow-up familiarization representative (Betsy) were both very professional and helpful. Justin was very knowledgeable, and was careful to accurately represent the process and the car. Betsy went "above and beyond" by changing my Iphone settings to accommodate both my bluetooth hearing aids and phone function. (Her only failing was that she did not produce the hot fudge sundae I requested.)

I was extremely impressed and helped by Betsy’s “class”! She was very patient and didn’t seem to mind my many questions! I am a senior, minority lady and this beautiful car was a gift from my daughter with lots of “bells and whistles”! After the training I felt comfortable to operate the vehicle and knew I could call back if I needed additional help!
