Betsy was extremely pleasant to work with. From the initial call to schedule my appointment for pick-up to the day of, Betsy made my experience very delightful. When picking up my new vehicle, she took the time to introduce me to my new car and all its bells and whistles. The process was quick and easy and I would rate this experience 10 stars if I could. Car dealerships need more people like Betsy -- truly an asset to the Falcone team.

I had a nail in tire and called Falcone to see about getting it fixed and they got me in the same day. They fixed tire and I was on my way in no time. Very courteous.
