We came to Falcone to buy a new Taos. While looking at options and pricing - our sale representative noticed a well appointed and reasonable price point on a pre owned - low miles vehicle they had just taken on dealer trade. We were satisfied and completed the transaction. When the car delivered there were a few issues not noted in the original transaction. We returned the vehicle the next day. What can I say? "It's a Subaru." Subaru and their dealerships are setting the standard, particularly Team Gillman North. The company and its dealerships are making sure they put the "safest" vehicles on the road. They gave us a great deal on our trade, the purchase price was good and follow-up service fantastic.
