From the moment we walked in, we felt valued as customers and we were treated with the utmost respect. Our salesperson - Ermir Bektesoski - was fantastic. He was professional, personable, and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The whole process was seamless and expeditious. We recommend Falcone for all your car shopping needs. Bonus: they have Long’s donuts and coffee while you wait.

Great Dealership. From ordering through financing, and follow-up. Good prices and no "hidden fees" like another local Subaru dealership. Would buy from again.

The sales rep Nic Kitner made my experience easy and quick. Betsy Taylor showed me several new features I didn't know or understand. I would definitely work with either of these 2 again.

Great experience! Everything about the experience with Falcone Subaru, Justin my salesperson and Betsy with the Encore was superb. Best buying experience ever! My only suggestion is that Subaru give the actual app to the employees instead of just screenshots. My app must be slightly different. But other than that, I had a fabulous buying experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership!
