Overall our overall experience was positive & enjoyable with Nick & Betsy! Thank you! Service department could work on their customer service. Wanted to ask a few questions about our new SOLTERRA, but person response was to talk to our sales person.

The purchase of the 2023 Outback XT was a really great experience with Falcone Subaru auto group. Would highly recommend to family & friends.

I was impressed all the way from ordering my vehicle with Justin Poynter, to day of delivery and signing the sale paperwork with Jenny Berry (one of the nicest finance people I've ever met!) The post sale follow up visit with Betsy Taylor was equally as special. I not only feel a special bond with the Forester I bought, but also a bond with the dealership as well. I wish every automobile dealership was like this.

FSE Dan & techs were able to diagnose my issue and my vehicle was ready for pick up in an outstanding timely manner! Super impressed with the Brady, SM & both writers I encountered. Love Falcone and will ALWAYS drive from Crawfordsville to have them service my Subaru over a well known Subaru dealership closer to my home!
